Planning shouldn’t feel like a constant cycle of overcommitting, falling behind, and starting again. But for a lot of ADHD women, that’s often how it ends up.

Imagine having a plan that feels a bit more realistic. One that works more with your energy, not constantly against it.

Hi, I’m Johanna. I’m a clinical psychologist and ADHD strategy mentor, and I’m here to share a simple, brain-friendly way of planning.

In our 60 minutes together, we’ll get you started on creating your own personalised wall or desk calendar using a simple visual system.


You’ll receive my printable 12-week template and a clear set of instructions so you can set it up easily on the day.

Together, we’ll:

  • Map out your next 12 weeks in a clear, visual way.

  • Start to notice where you tend to overload yourself.

  • Choose fewer, more realistic priorities.

  • Put together a plan that feels a bit calmer and more doable.


You’ll leave with a first draft of a 12-week plan you can actually stick on your wall or desk and use, not just another idea to forget about.
