Overview of Services

1.1. Johanna Badenhorst — The Trustee for BH Discretionary Trust operates online coaching-based programs, group programs, digital products, memberships, and other educational offerings under the brand Johanna Badenhorst.

1.2. All services and programs are delivered via www.johannabadenhorst.com, hosted on Wix and utilising additional platforms such as Zoom, ConvertKit, and Stripe.

Relationship to Psychology Services

2.1. While Johanna Badenhorst is a registered Educational and Developmental Psychologist, all programs delivered under this brand are coaching-based and educational. They do not constitute psychological services, therapy, or treatment.

2.2. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that participation in these programs:

  • Does not establish a therapeutic relationship, and

  • Does not involve psychological diagnosis, clinical support, or treatment.

2.3. Ethical Guidelines & Participation Restrictions (AHPRA Compliance)
To maintain ethical practice:

  • Current psychological clients cannot participate in these coaching programs.

  • Participants of coaching programs are precluded from accessing psychological services provided by Johanna Badenhorst for a minimum of six (6) months after program completion, or longer at her discretion.

2.4. Support Outside Coaching Scope
If mental health treatment is required, referrals will be recommended via a General Practitioner or appropriate service provider.

2.5. Termination of Participation
Johanna Badenhorst reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue a participant’s enrollment. Where termination is deemed appropriate, a refund may be offered at sole discretion.

Privacy & Personal Information

3.1. Participation may involve the collection of personal and sensitive information.
3.2. Data may be disclosed only when required by law or to ensure safety.
3.3. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy of www.johannabadenhorst.com.

Technology Requirements

4.1. Programs are delivered online via Wix-hosted platforms and tools such as Zoom and ConvertKit. Participants are responsible for ensuring access to appropriate technology.

4.2. You will typically need:

  • A phone, tablet, or computer

  • Internet access

  • Headphones/speakers

  • A private space for group calls

4.3. While privacy measures are in place, internet-based communication cannot be guaranteed secure. Participation is at your discretion.

Intellectual Property

5.1. All content, frameworks, downloads, presentations, videos, audio files, and program materials are the intellectual property of Johanna Badenhorst — The Trustee for BH Discretionary Trust.

5.2. Reproduction, redistribution, or use of any materials is prohibited without prior written consent.

Fees, Cancellations & Refunds

6.1. All fee terms and refund policies are displayed on the sales page, checkout form, or consent form of each program or product and may vary across offers.

6.2. By proceeding with a payment, you agree to the terms displayed at checkout or on your consent form.

6.3 The owner reserves the right to modify Program fees. Any fee changes will be communicated to members in advance and will apply only to future billing cycles.

6.4 Cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@johannabadenhorst.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the core content until the end of your paid period, after which all access, including to the Facebook group and resources, will be terminated. No refunds or credits are provided for unused portions of the subscription.

6.5 7-Day Cooling-Off Period- You may request a full refund if you cancel within seven (7) days of your initial purchase of the subscription (3 months, 12 months or rolling subscriptions). This refund policy applies only to first-time purchases and does not extend to subscription renewals.

Consent to Participate in Coaching Programs

7.1 By enrolling in a live program or 1:1 or group service delivered under www.johannabadenhorst.com, you acknowledge:

✔ Services are coaching-based and non-therapeutic
✔ You are not a current psychological client of Johanna Badenhorst
✔ You will not seek psychological services from her for 2 years after program completion
✔ You have read and understood the Privacy Policy
✔ You understand coaching is not clinical, diagnostic, or treatment-based
