Hi, I'm Johanna Badenhorst!

I’m a Developmental Psychologist, ADHD Coach, and mum of two. I’ve spent over a decade in private practice, earned more degrees than I care to count (hello, hyperfocus), and built a successful career supporting others.
But behind the scenes, I was overwhelmed... juggling motherhood, business, and a brain that never slowed down. My late ADHD diagnosis was a turning point.
ADHD Her Way was born from that moment. It’s a space for smart, capable, exhausted women who are ready to stop masking and start building a life that actually works for them.
