Signature Topics

Breaking the Burnout Cycle in High-Performing Professionals
Many ambitious professionals find themselves stuck in a boom–bust cycle of productivity. Periods of intense focus and output are often followed by exhaustion, overwhelm, and difficulty sustaining momentum. Over time, this pattern can erode wellbeing, engagement, and long-term performance.
This session explores why high performers are particularly vulnerable to burnout patterns and introduces practical strategies to help individuals and teams create more sustainable rhythms of work. Participants will leave with practical tools to manage energy, maintain focus, and perform at their best without sacrificing their wellbeing.
Neurodiversity at Work
An increasing number of organisations are recognising the strengths and contributions of neurodivergent employees, including those with ADHD and autistic thinking styles. Yet many workplaces are still structured in ways that unintentionally create barriers for focus, communication, and workflow.
This session explores how neurodiversity can influence the way people think, work, and engage in professional environments. Participants will gain practical insights into how organisations can better support different cognitive styles while creating more inclusive and well-supported teams.
Women’s Mental health, Hormonal Health and Leadership
Women in professional environments often navigate a unique set of expectations, pressures, and competing responsibilities. These demands can influence confidence, visibility, leadership development, and overall wellbeing at work.
In addition, many women experience physiological and life transitions that can impact energy, mood, and performance across different stages of their careers, including chronic health conditions, hormonal changes such as PMDD, and transitions such as perimenopause and menopause.
This session explores the psychological and practical factors that influence women’s wellbeing and performance in the workplace. Participants will gain practical insights into managing pressure, sustaining confidence, navigating health and life transitions, and creating environments where women can thrive in leadership roles.
Practical Productivity Strategies for ADHD and Neurodivergent Professionals
Many highly capable professionals struggle with focus, follow-through, and managing competing priorities in modern work environments. For individuals with ADHD or other neurodivergent thinking styles, traditional productivity advice often fails because it assumes a one-size-fits-all approach to attention, motivation, and workflow.
This session explores how different brains engage with tasks, deadlines, and cognitive load, and why some common workplace systems unintentionally create barriers to productivity. Participants will learn practical strategies to support focus, prioritisation, and follow-through in ways that work with neurodivergent brains rather than against them.
Drawing on insights from psychology and ADHD research, this session introduces simple tools and workflow adjustments that can improve productivity, reduce overwhelm, and help professionals do their best work more sustainably.
Neuroplasticity, Habits, and Sustainable Ways of Working
The human brain is remarkably adaptable. Throughout our lives it continues to learn, grow, and reshape itself in response to the experiences, environments, and habits we build each day. This ability, known as neuroplasticity, plays a powerful role in how we develop focus, productivity, resilience, and sustainable ways of working.
In professional environments where demands are constantly evolving, understanding how the brain forms habits and adapts to change can provide valuable insights into performance and wellbeing.
This session explores the science of neuroplasticity and habit formation, and how small shifts in daily routines can strengthen focus, support adaptability, and improve long-term productivity. Participants will learn practical strategies to build healthier work habits, support cognitive flexibility, and create work rhythms that enhance both performance and wellbeing.
Participants will leave with practical tools to help strengthen helpful habits, sustain focus, and support long-term success in demanding professional environments.
