Did you know...
Wondering about ADHD, Autism, Or AuDHD?
You’ve always worked hard to “hold it all together.”
You know how to get things done, show up for others, and keep pushing forward.
But underneath, it feels different:
-
You’ve spent years masking, pushing through exhaustion, over-preparing, or hiding your struggles.
-
You wonder why perfectionism, people-pleasing, or burnout keep showing up, no matter how much you achieve.
-
You’ve felt overlooked by health professionals or told you’re “coping too well” to really need support.
Here’s the truth:
✅ ADHD and Autism in women and girls often look very different from the stereotypes.
✅ Masking can make it harder to be recognised or taken seriously.
✅ Many women and girls spend years even decades feeling misunderstood, mislabelled, or dismissed.

MEET THE EXPERT
Johanna Badenhorst
Hi, I’m Johanna, a psychologist, ADHD coach, and late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman selected as local business inovation Finalist and the winner of the Ausmumpreneur Awards for Online Education.
ADHD and Autism aren't diagnoses I just work with clinically, it’s something I identify as following my late-diagnosis of ADHD a few years ago.
Therefore, this workshop brings together everything I’ve learned from psychology, lived experience, and the incredible women I support.
It’s for anyone who wants to understand their emotional responses, stop spiralling after feedback, and feel more anchored in who they are. Let’s decode RSD together, with science, soul, and real-life strategies.
