In our 1:1 sessions, you and I (Johanna) will explore what’s feeling hard, identify your strengths, and get clear on your executive functioning needs.
Then we’ll build strategies that support your energy, values, and real-life demands, without adding more pressure to “do better.”
This isn’t therapy, and it’s not another one-size-fits-all plan. It’s a coaching support that intends to help you reset, refocus, and move forward with clarity.

Coaching packages start at $600 but invidiualised quotes will be provided and there is no pressure to commit.
Step 3: The Intake Session
In this strengths-based session, we’ll:
✔ Explore your goals, energy, and executive functioning
✔ Cover your ADHD/AuDHD identity and self-understanding
✔ Clarify what’s working, and what’s not...
✔ Begin to co-create strategies and supports you can use straight away
✔ You’ll also receive a personalised summary + optional tools
Step 4: Ongoing Coaching
Follow-up sessions offer:
✔ Accountability and structure
✔ Strategy tweaks as life shifts
✔ Space to reflect and stay grounded
You choose the pace: weekly, fortnightly, monthly..whatever suits you.
