1:1 ADHD Coaching & Business Coaching

This is a personalised, strengths-based space for ADHD women who want tailored support navigating life, business, parenting or career through an ADHD lens.

Sessions run for 60 minutes and are focused on you — whether that means exploring executive functioning tools (like planning, prioritising, productivity, decision-making), or working through the real-life challenges that come with parenting, burnout, self-trust or running a business.

You’ll get:

  • Practical strategies you can actually use

  • A non-judgemental space to explore what’s working (and what’s not)

  • Flexibility to tailor sessions to your rhythm, goals and capacity

What it’s not:

  • While I’m also a psychologist, this coaching offer isn’t therapy or clinical care.

  • It doesn’t involve mental health treatment, Medicare rebates, or psychological assessments.

 

This is not the right fit if you:

  • Need mental health support or crisis care

  • Are seeking formal diagnosis or reports

  • Prefer a highly structured or accountability-heavy program
