1:1 ADHD Coaching

Support that’s practical, personalised, and built around how your brain actually works.

If you’re a high-achieving ADHD or AuDHD woman juggling work, parenting, business, or burnout and constantly feeling like you’re starting over, you’re in the right place.

In our 1:1 sessions, you and I (Johanna) will explore what’s feeling hard, identify your strengths, and get clear on your executive functioning needs.

Then we’ll build strategies that support your energy, values, and real-life demands, without adding more pressure to “do better.”

This isn’t therapy, and it’s not another one-size-fits-all plan. It’s a coaching support that intends to help you reset, refocus, and move forward with clarity.

✨ This is for you if...

✅ You want tailored support and regular check-ins and not generic tips
✅ You’re feeling stuck, scattered, or overstretched
✅ You want a coach who understands ADHD, perfectionism, and burnout
✅ You’re juggling big responsibilities and need structure that works for you
✅ You’re exploring workplace accommodations or EAF support and want guidance that’s actually useful
