About the event

This 2-hour workshop is designed to support both personal insight and professional growth. We’ll explore the emotional intensity of Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD); a common, yet often misunderstood experience for many Autistic and ADHD individuals.

Whether you're navigating RSD yourself, or supporting someone who is, this session will help you better understand the underlying stress responses, emotional overwhelm, and communication challenges that often accompany it.

Many neurodivergent people describe RSD as one of the most impactful parts of their experience — influencing how they relate to others, show up at work, and manage self-worth.

In this practical, trauma-informed session, you’ll learn:

  • What RSD is — and how it presents differently to general rejection

  • How it activates fight, flight, freeze or fawn responses

  • The link between RSD, stress regulation, and neurodivergent nervous systems

  • Real-world strategies to manage triggers in friendships, work, parenting, and beyond

  • How to support yourself (or others) with scripts, reflection tools, and communication templates

You’ll receive:

✅A1.5-hour live workshop (with Q&A and case examples)

✅A downloadable workbook with practical tools and flashcards

✅1-month access to the replay

✅Certificate of attendance (1.5 hours PD)

🧾 This session may be claimable under some private health funds as a stress management course, or used toward NDIS plans and professional development records. Please check with your provider.
